Causes of Yellow stained Teeth and Home Remedy to it

Causes of Yellow Teeth:
1. The water we use
We generally drink purified water, but for brushing or cleaning mouth or teeth, we use tap water which has many micro-organisms and chemicals that causes Yellow Teeth over a period of time.
2. The food and beverages we consume
The food and drink like soda, tobacco, coffee, tea and berries cause Yellow teeth because of the “chromogenic” agents in these products.
3. Smoking and using other nicotines
Smoking and consuming other nicotines are a major cause of stained teeth.
4. Not brushing properly

Home Remedy for Yellow Teeth:
1. Brush your teeth two times a day once in the morning and once in the night after dinner. Also rinse your mouth properly after you eat anything. Even rinse after you drink cold drinks, tea, coffee. That keeps your teeth healthy and stain free.
2. Avoid gel type of tooth paste. Use good tooth paste recommended by dentist.
3. Use charcoal powder with your tooth paste while brushing. It removes the Yellow Stain from teeth and also gives shining to teeth.
4. Use baking soda (baking powder) along with your tooth paste while brushing teeth. Weekly once.
5. Dry the used lemon pieces in sun. Then half burn and make powder. Use it  along with paste while brushing.

Winter Hair Care Tips

-> Wear a scarf, hat or cap to protect your hair from the cold weather and wind.

--> There will be dandruff in hair because of dryness. So, rub lemmon in your scalp before taking bath.

--> Make a paste of Mehendi, Dahi (Curd), half tsp Coffee Powder and 3 - 4 tsp black tea. Keep it overnight. Then apply on your hair and keep it for 2 hours and then take bath. It will act as a good natural conditioner.

Boil China rose (see picture) with oil and then apply that oil at tips of your hair. It will prevent further breakage of hair.
